With a background as a Senior MSK Physiotherapist in both the NHS and private sector, Tom brings a deep understanding of movement, rehabilitation, and performance. He specialises in creating tailored endurance programs and supports clients with goals including weight loss, muscle gain, and injury recovery — all delivered through personalised, results-driven coaching.
