1. Introduction
At Rando Training Club®, we aim to provide you with the best products and customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Returns & Refund Policy outlines your rights and the process for returning items or cancelling coaching purchased from our website, www.randotrainingclub.com ("Website").

2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Timeframe
You may return eligible physical items within 30 days of receiving your order.

2.2 Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

- In their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Digital products (e.g., e-books, training materials, or downloads).

 Gift cards.

- Personalized or customized items.

- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

3. Coaching Services — Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Coaching Plans

Our 1:1 Bespoke Coaching service provides personalised training and nutrition support delivered through the Everfit app. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

- The 3-Month Coaching Programme is available either as a monthly payment of £60 per month, billed monthly for a minimum of three consecutive months, or as a single upfront payment of £140 covering the full 3-month period.

- Clients are covered by a 4-week (28-day) money-back guarantee from the official coaching start date. If, within the first 28 days, you do not feel the coaching is right for you, you may request a full refund by emailing info@randotrainingclub.com within this period. Upon approval, all payments made will be refunded in full and access to coaching services will be discontinued.

- Each pricing option reflects a minimum commitment period. The lower £59 rate is available only when the full 6-month commitment is honoured. Clients on the 3-month plan agree to three consecutive monthly payments of £79, while clients on the 6-month plan agree to six consecutive monthly payments of £59.

- Subscriptions renew automatically each month for the duration of the chosen block unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.

3.2 Cooling-Off Period (New Clients)
If you purchase 1:1 Bespoke Coaching and change your mind, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that coaching has not yet started (e.g., access to the Everfit app has not been granted or onboarding has not begun). Once coaching setup or communication begins, refunds are not available due to the personalised nature of the service.

3.3 Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
Payments are billed monthly for the duration of your chosen block (3 or 6 months). You may cancel future renewals at any time after your minimum commitment period has ended. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Payments already processed are non-refundable, as access to coaching materials, communication, and personalised support is provided immediately.

3.4 Pausing or Deferring Coaching
If you experience extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness, injury, or travel), please contact us at info@randotrainingclub.com. At our discretion, we may offer to pause, extend, or defer your coaching period for an agreed timeframe.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
4.1 For Products
To start a return, please contact us at info@randotrainingclub.com with the following details:

- Your order number.

- A description of the item(s) you wish to return.

- The reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4.2 For Coaching Services
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at info@randotrainingclub.com with your name, email address used for purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Return Shipping (Products Only)
5.1 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Refund Process (Products)
6.1 Inspection of Returned Items
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

6.2 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6.3 Deductions
Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
7.1 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@randotrainingclub.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
7.2 Provide photos of the item(s) and a description of the issue to help us resolve your concern.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
8.1 If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your payment provider as processing times may vary.
8.2 If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@randotrainingclub.com.

9. Additional Information
9.1 Items returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery will be refunded excluding shipping fees.
9.2 For items purchased during promotions or with discounts, the refunded amount will reflect the promotional price paid.
