How is online coaching different from in-person training?
Online coaching provides you with a fully personalised plan, expert guidance, and ongoing support, all accessible from anywhere. While you won’t have a trainer physically with you, you’ll benefit from the flexibility to train on your schedule, with detailed instructions and regular feedback from your coach.
How much does it cost?
Coaching starts from £60 per month, depending on your chosen payment option.
- Monthly Plan – £60/month (3-month minimum commitment)
- Pay-in-Full Plan – £140 total (covers 3 months — save 20%)
Every plan includes personalised training and nutrition, weekly check-ins, and ongoing support to help you perform and feel your best.
How is my progress measured?
Progress is tracked using a combination of factors, including performance improvements, physical changes, and feedback during regular check-ins. You’ll also have the opportunity to share photos, measurements, and key milestones, which help us adjust your plan as needed.
How are check-ins completed?
Check-ins are completed through our Everfit app, making it easy to stay connected and track your progress. The app allows you to upload your updates, track your metrics, and communicate directly with your coach. During these check-ins, we’ll review your progress, address any challenges, and make necessary adjustments to your plan.
Do I have to track my food?
While food tracking isn’t always mandatory, it can be a helpful tool for achieving specific goals, such as fat loss or muscle gain. If you’re new to tracking, we’ll guide you through the process to ensure it feels manageable and sustainable. However, alternative approaches can be used if tracking isn’t right for you.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
Yes, there is a minimum commitment period of 3 months. This ensures you have enough time to see meaningful progress and start building sustainable habits. Fitness is a journey, and consistency is key to long-term success!
What if I need to cancel?
Coaching runs on a 3-month minimum commitment to give you the time to make real progress.
After your first 3 months, you can cancel or pause your plan at any time — just email info@randotrainingclub.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Payments for an active coaching block are non-refundable, as full access and personalised programming are provided from the start of your plan.
If something unexpected comes up (like illness, injury, or travel), we’ll do our best to arrange a pause or deferral for you.
