How is online coaching different from in-person training?
Online coaching gives you the same level of personalisation and support without being limited to set gym sessions or locations.
Your training is tailored around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle, with regular check-ins, ongoing plan adjustments, and direct access to me for support when you need it.
It’s flexible, structured, and designed to fit around real life.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
The coaching is structured as a 3-month programme. This allows enough time to build consistency, make meaningful progress, and properly embed habits.
That said, the first 4 weeks are completely risk-free. If you don’t feel the coaching is right for you after the first month, you’ll receive a full refund.
Is there a money-back guarantee?

How much does it cost?
Coaching starts from £60 per month, depending on your chosen payment option.
- Monthly Plan – £60/month (3-month minimum commitment)

Every plan includes personalised training and nutrition, weekly check-ins, and ongoing support to help you perform and feel your best.
How are check-ins completed?
Check-ins are completed weekly via an online check-in form.
You’ll reflect on your training, recovery, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. We’ll then review everything and provide detailed feedback, adjustments, and guidance for the week ahead.
You’ll also have ongoing access to us between check-ins for support.
Do I have to track my food?
No - tracking isn’t mandatory.
Some clients track calories or macros, while others follow more flexible, habit-based guidance. We’ll choose the approach that best suits your lifestyle, experience and relationship with food.
The goal is long-term consistency, not perfection.
What if I need to cancel?
Coaching runs as a 3-month programme to give you enough time to make real progress.
That said, the first 4 weeks are risk-free. If within the first 4 weeks you don’t feel the coaching is right for you, you’ll receive a full refund under the money-back guarantee.
After the initial 4-week period, payments for an active coaching block are non-refundable, as full access and personalised programming are provided from the start of your plan.
Once you’ve completed your first 3 months, you can cancel or pause your coaching at any time - just email info@randotrainingclub.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
If something unexpected comes up (such as illness, injury, or travel), we’ll always do our best to arrange a pause or deferral where possible.
