1. Introduction
Welcome to Rando Training Club®. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at www.randotrainingclub.com ("Website") and any products or services offered through the Website, including our 1:1 Bespoke Coaching. By using our Website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

2. About Us
Rando Training Club® operates this Website to provide products, services, and information related to our offerings. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Rando Training Club®.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Website or purchase coaching services. By accessing or using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Products and Services
4.1 All products and services are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.
4.2 We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Product descriptions, service details, and prices are intended to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

4.4 1:1 Bespoke Coaching

Our 1:1 Bespoke Coaching service provides personalised training and nutrition support delivered through the Everfit app. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

- Coaching is delivered as a 3-month programme.

- The 3-Month Coaching Programme is available either as a monthly payment of £60 per month, billed monthly for a minimum of three consecutive months, or as a single upfront payment of £140 covering the full 3-month period.

- Clients are covered by a 4-week (28-day) money-back guarantee from the official coaching start date. If, within the first 28 days, you do not feel the coaching is right for you, you may request a full refund by emailing info@randotrainingclub.com within this period. Upon approval, all payments made will be refunded in full and access to coaching services will be discontinued.

- Access to coaching materials, personalised programming, and communication begins once onboarding and app setup are complete. After the 4-week money-back guarantee period has passed, all payments are non-refundable, as the service is personalised and full access is provided from the outset.

- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically during the 3-month programme and may continue thereafter on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined elsewhere in these Terms.

5. Ordering and Payment
5.1 By placing an order or purchasing a subscription through the Website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.
5.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
5.3 Payment must be made at the time of order placement using the methods displayed at checkout. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5.4 For coaching subscriptions, monthly payments will be charged automatically for the duration of the minimum commitment period. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments.

6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping details, including costs and estimated delivery times, are outlined in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
6.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Coaching access is provided digitally and is not subject to physical shipping.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
7.1 For physical products, please refer to our Returns Policy for details on eligibility, procedures, and any applicable conditions.
7.2 For 1:1 Bespoke Coaching, you may cancel future renewals at any time after your minimum commitment period has ended. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

A 4-week (28-day) money-back guarantee applies from the official coaching start date. If, within the first 28 days, you feel the coaching is not the right fit, you may request a full refund by emailing info@randotrainingclub.com within this period. Upon approval, all payments made will be refunded in full and access to coaching services will be discontinued.

After the 4-week money-back guarantee period has passed, all payments are non-refundable, including monthly instalments and upfront payments, as full access to personalised coaching, programming, and support is provided from the outset.

8. User Responsibilities
8.1 You agree to use the Website and our coaching services only for lawful purposes.
8.2 You are prohibited from:

- Sharing or reselling your personalised coaching materials, plans, or access credentials.

- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Website or Everfit app.

- Misusing the Website by introducing viruses or harmful materials.

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the Website and within our coaching programmes, including text, graphics, logos, images, and training materials, is the property of Rando Training Club® or its licensors.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rando Training Club® is not liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, coaching services, or products purchased through it.

- Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

10.2 Coaching services are for educational and general fitness purposes only and do not replace medical or physiotherapy advice. You acknowledge that you participate in all training at your own risk and should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme.

11. Indemnification
11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rando Training Club®, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website or coaching services.

12. Changes to the Terms
12.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
12.2 Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
